How long does shipping take?
After receiving your order, we give ourselves 24 working hours to prepare and send your package. The next 24 working hours is transport and you have your package!
Where are the bears from? Where are they produced?
90% of our products are made in our factory in Lodz. The rest are imported products.
What are teddy bears filled with?
Our teddies are filled with the best raw material for this creature- a silicone ball! Thanks to it Gustavasse are pleasant to the touch, flexible and fluffy 🙂
Do you offer discount codes and discounts?
Yes, you should follow our fanpage where the competition appears, where the prizes are discount codes.
My transfer has not passed. What now?
Nothing has happened! Place another order or make a direct transfer to us. You can find your account number in the “Contact” tab.
Do I get a tracking number?
Yes, you will find it in your mailbox. Don’t forget to check your SPAM folder 🙂
What is in the letter? Do I have to come up with content?
You can make up the content yourself or rely on us. All you have to do is give the name of the recipient and we will weave it into our bowl rhyme.
Is the gift packaging additionally secured?
Yes, when choosing a gift package, do not worry about shipping. Your gift will protect an extra cardboard box on the go.
What is the stationary store open to?
Our stationary store where personal pick-ups take place is open until 4 pm. Our hotline works until 8 pm.
